Explore how financial legacy burdens can be gently healed through the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model.
We all carry stories, emotions, and habits around money. Some parts of us plan and protect, others spend freely, and still others hold old wounds of shame or fear. These parts aren’t problems—they’re protectors, guides, and reminders of our deeper needs.
This interactive session connects personal financial patterns to systemic realities—persistent poverty, racial and gender wealth gaps, and the influence of capitalism. Together, we’ll examine how inherited beliefs and intergenerational trauma shape our money behaviors—and how to unburden them.
By combining Internal Family Systems (IFS) with Money Habitudes, we’ll create a compassionate framework to:
- Recognize the voices and habits shaping your money choices
- Befriend your money parts rather than battle them
- Build financial wellness that aligns with your values and goals
This course is for you if:
- You are looking for tools to better understand your relationship with money
- You are a coach, therapist, or financial professional who supports clients around money
- You want to explore and release inherited money beliefs in a safe, guided space
When you complete Befriending Your Money Parts: A Journey of Self-Compassion and Financial Clarity
You’ll leave with practical tools to identify and work with your financial “parts,” along with strategies to foster clarity and compassion in money decisions.
This session includes one course package with:
- The online Money Habitudes® assessment
- A guided worksheet for reflection and application
